Our two parks in St. Columb Major

Both Sun Valley Park and Chy Noweth Park are fully residential parks set within beautiful North Cornwall, an ideal location for those seeking an active retirement with excellent public transport links to Truro, Wadebridge and on to Plymouth. The homes on both parks are laid out on spacious plots all with parking next to the home.

Both parks are close to services such as doctors, dentist, chemist, library and a choice of public houses, all within walking distance.

Sun Valley Park

Sun Valley Park is a residential park in St Columb Major for the over 50s. The park is in a quiet location and each home has ample garden, space and parking facilities. The tranquil environment and strong community feeling on the park allows residents to relax and enjoy their surroundings.

With fine countryside views to the East, Sun Valley Park is within walking distance of local shops and amenities. St. Columb Major is less than 5 miles from Cornwall's North coast and some 21 sandy beaches are less than twenty minutes drive. Services such as doctors, dentist, chemist, library and a choice of public houses are within walking distance of Sun Valley Park.

Chy Noweth Park

Chy Noweth Park is our exciting new development in St Columb Major. The development consists of 11 bespoke park homes/ lodges plots giving the site a small community feel. Chy Noweth Park with its small community will provide relaxing and peaceful park home living for the over 55's. There are views over the surrounding open countryside, but all with the convenience of the town and shops within easy walking distance.

All of the plots have parking next to the home with some plots having particullary large garden spaces.
